Zwapp, Inc. has developed a complete solution for incentivizing internal (employees) and external (partners) collaborators in real-time. Managers use a dashboard to distribute points called Zwappcos to users mobile app. These users can then redeem Zwappcos for digital prizes such as virtual gift cards and discount codes, among others. Zwapp, Inc. operates in Latin America and currently has a subsidiary in Colombia (additional Latin American countries are in the pipeline). The company sells a complete platform to corporate customers, which activates the mobile app so that users can receive points and redeem these for prizes.
